The room was super spacious and the staff were really helpful, especially as English speakers. There is a convenience store on the bottom level that is open 24 hours, a breakfast buffet, and a shuttle bus that has great hours that will take you straight to Disneyland/DisneySea. For attending the parks it was so convenient and would definitely recommend. Extremely kid friendly as well for those who are bringing children

There is a shuttle bus to disneyland and disneysea. Onsen at the top is a nice touch after a big day at disney. Lawson on site was very handy for quick breakfast before disney and snacks after. We have stayed here twice both times to go to disney and we enjoy our stay both times. Very kids friendly too, they have pyjamas, steps in the bathroom so little kids can reach the sink etc etc. They also provide free water on every floor. There is even a shoe dryer and foot massager in the room. Room is very spacious for Japan!

Exceptional staff and amenities, they thought of everything for families and children. I would stay here again with my family. Very reasonably priced and there is also a public bath on the top floor. Foot massager in the room, exactly what you need after a long day at Disneyland.

Comfortable beds. Nice bathroom. Roomy balcony. Great that they have a free shuttle to/from Disney. Breakfast is amazing. Shuttle to Narita leaves from the front door (but needs to be booked). Shuttle to Haneda leaves from the bus stop just across the road (does not need to be booked). Lawson's is inside the hotel, which everyone visits when they come back from Disney, apparently! Luggage we had transported there had been delivered to our room.

The location was ideal for visiting Tokyo Disney and Tokyo Sea. Staff welcoming and supportive. Particularly helpful at the end of our stay when sorting a taxi transfer as we had a lot of luggage. Liked they kept our luggage on the day we were checking out, as we were having a day out at Disney Sea. The family room was very clean and the separate toilet, shower room and dressing areas suited our needs wrll.

I loved the size of the rooms and the Disney shuttles were a big plus. That is the reason why we chose to stay there

We chose this place as it was closer to Disneyland. They offered a shuttle bus to and from Disneyland - it was still 20mins away, but a great service. The room was comfortable and spacious for a family of 4. They seemed to have lots of facilities available, although we didn’t make use of them. Breakfast had lots of options to eat. A foot massager in the room was great!

Great for families. Clean rooms with balconies overlooking Tokyo Bay. Easy shuttle service to Disneyland. Lawson convenience store on-site was handy. Parks nearby. Walk to the bay.
